Group Classes
Women's yoga — movement, breathing, and awareness, with space to listen to your body and to the stage of life you are in.
Women's Yoga
The practice focuses on the relationship between movement, breath, and the stabilizing muscles, especially around the pelvis and pelvic floor — our support from within.
Support From Within
Conscious work with the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor as part of movement, posture, and a sense of stability.
Breath & Awareness
Breathing is an integral part of the practice. Attention is also given to the spaces between exhalation and inhalation and to the space they create to pause and listen.
At Every Stage of Life
The practice respects the changes a woman experiences and adapts the work to her cycles and to the different stages of life.
You Don't Have to Be a “Yoga Person”
The classes are suitable for different levels. The goal is not to reach a perfect shape, but to learn to feel, breathe, and move from within the body.
Zahava's experience also includes gentle and restorative practice, so there are different ways to approach yoga and progress from where you are.
What Do You Take With You From Class?
Strength, flexibility, improved posture, release and relaxation — and above all, a deeper acquaintance with the body and its inner wisdom.
